Shipping Policy

We partner with DHL to deliver your Cleverly order safely and reliably.
 

  • DHL Free Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • DHL Express Shipping: 2–5 business days for £4.99
     

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
 

Delivery times are estimated and start counting from the shipping date. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
 

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
     

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
     

  • To start a return, please email us at support@getcleverly.net with your order number.
     

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
     

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
